The "La Pedrera" Bed and Breakfast have two spacious rooms for its guests - a single room and a twin room. In both rooms can be added one more bed when required.

Rooms have air conditioning system and are provided with bedside tables, wardrobe, chairs, desk and TV. From the biggest room can be reached the balcony, with chairs and table to relax. Guests share the spacious bathroom next to their rooms.

The breakfast room, shared with the flat owners, is also destined to reading and conversation.

Individual prices - breakfast included - are: €35,00 (low season), €40,00 (middle season) and €45,00 (high season) for the single room accomodation; €26,00 (low season), €32,00 (middle season), and €38,00 (high season) for the twin room accomodation. The price of an added bed is €15,00 in low season and €20,00 in high season. Pets are not allowed.

For the year 2009, the "high season" is considered from 26th of June to 31st of August, Easter and New Year weeks; the "middle season" is considered from 26th of May to 25th of June and from 1st of September to 30th of September. Facilities are granted for children accommodation, for long stays (more than 3 nights) and when special offers are advertised in the home page or linked sites.

The flat owners offer a free car transfer from and to the Alghero Airport and low prices transfers from and to other airports and sea ports in the Northern Sardinia.

B&B's guests will receive free tourist information depliants and maps and can consult the house library.

When required daily excursions and trips are organized around Alghero or to other destinations in Sardinia. Thanks to some local agreement B&B's guests can partecipate to sailing trips or fishing trips.

For Britons guests the B&B is provided with some power adaptors from british to european socket.
